JYCK Group's Founder
Jessica Chia is a Malaysian serial entrepreneur who has been deeply embedded in the corporate services sector for over twenty years. She currently founds and manages five companies, with business operations spanning foreign investment market-entry consultancy, ESG transformation advisory, human resources, diving equipment engineering, and tourism.
She is an HRD Corp certified trainer (No. 39157), a nationally certified trainer, and a certified ESG professional. Currently, she is a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate at Multimedia University, where her research focuses on sustainable business model innovation for Malaysian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Building upon this foundation, she established the Operational Proof™ methodology—assisting SMEs in leveraging their existing operational data as a bridge to seamlessly transition into formal ESG disclosure and compliance with a low barrier to entry.
